THOR - Production V2

Production V2 Overview

In Production V1, finished product recipes are predefined, and production orders use those norms to deduct raw materials without possibility of per-order customization.
Production V2 allows entry of consumed raw materials first, then calculates norms per work order.
This hybrid approach enables dynamic norm setting, and avoids stockgoing into negative if raw materials are entered manually.
Manual entries are saved only for that work order. Automatic disabling of negative stock for finished goods is enforced when manual raw material entry is used.

New Capabilities

Production settings are separated in the UI. Added support for:
- Manual raw material norm entry

- Custom naming of input columns (e.g., scrap, waste)

- MEMO-style notes with copy/paste
- Direct entry of dependent costs per work order

- Modified work order cancellation logic

- Enhanced scrap entry and tracking

- New reports (under development)

Dependent Costs

Direct dependent costs can be entered into the production work order.

These affect only that specific order and contribute to the product’s cost.
The system converts absolute values into percentages based on the raw material value for accounting reasons.
This ensures proportional distribution, since raw material costs differ.
Displayed costs are informative only—actual costs are booked via vendor invoices.

Work Order Overview

Two new columns added:
- Production Date
- Identifier
These fields assist in tracking and sorting work orders by production context.

Unlocking and Cancelling Orders

Unlocking an order now triggers THOR to auto-generate reversal documents for:
- Raw material issuance
- Finished goods receipt
These reversals are timestamped with the unlock date. It allows full traceability instead of deleting quantities in linked documents.

Scrap Entry

Scrap can be entered during or after entering product quantity.
You can also enter a 'planned production' value, useful for reporting and different from actual produced quantity.

These fields are available for updates even after the work order is closed.
