8. Vendor Goods Receipt

To sell vendor-delivered goods, create a receipt record. This doesn’t update stock but allows temporary sales.
Use 'Goods & Stock' menu or shortcut key to access receipts.

- Document number
- Type (Invoice or Delivery note)
- Scan number from THOR.scan app
- Select the supplier
Add received items just like on a retail invoice.
After entering, choose 'Save'.

You can choose 'Immediately close document' to send it to the central system.

Always print and attach POS receipt.

9. Daily Goods Returns

Handled the same way as receipts, but choose document type: 'GOODS RETURN'.
Enter quantity (no minus sign). Recommended: print and give copy to supplier.
Returns are usually used for daily items (bread, milk). Others should go through transfer slips to the return warehouse.

10. Receiving Goods from HQ or Another Branch

On the home screen, click the alert about pending transfer slips.

Select a slip and click 'Receive goods from this transfer (F12)'.

You may review items before confirming.

Add items and quantity.
To send to a supplier: note supplier name and document number.

The system creates a price change log. You must print new labels from it.
