THOR.scan Mobile App – User Guide

1. Installation

You must download the application from the following link to install the thor.scan app:

This program will be used to manually install the THOR.scan application. Now you can download and install the THOR.scan app from drive

2. First-Time Setup

When launching the app for the first time:

- Enter your company's OIB (tax ID) and the business location code of the store where the device will be used.

- This code can be found in your receipt number – it is the second segment in the receipt (e.g., in 123/P22/1, the business location is P22).

- You can change the business location later in the app settings (top right corner).

- There is no limit on the number of devices or business locations.

- Scanned documents are saved only on the device and the central server. They are not visible on other mobile devices.

3. Scanning a Document

- Tap the “SCAN” button at the bottom of the screen.
- Enter a name or document number to help you identify the document later.
- Press “NEXT” to continue.

4. Taking the Scan

- The app activates the camera. Position the document as close as possible.
- Press the camera button to take a picture.
- If the document isn't properly framed, adjust the blue border to fit the document and confirm with the checkmark.

5. Reviewing and Saving the Scan

- After capturing, a preview of the scanned document appears.
- You can either:
 - Confirm if it's good,
 - Or rescan if it’s not clear.
- On the next screen, choose to:
 - “Add More” if you have additional pages,
 - Or “Save” if you’re finished.

6. Upload and Scan Reference Number

- The document is uploaded to the server.
- The app then shows a scan reference number under which the document is stored.
- This number is needed to import the scanned document into the THOR system.
- You can always see the scan number and timestamp on the app’s main screen.
